Design duo Keita Ikeuchi and Mihoko Mori Founded And Wander in 2011 in the hopes of kindling a desire for nature and the outdoors in a social climate where excess seems to be the norm. We provide a variety of shipping options due to our long-running partnerships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse staff are highly trained to package your goods exactly as per the specifications we offer. Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we do not fully manage it due to the fact that several stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any moment. It is possible that the stock may run out after the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We will not exchange or refund your order after 30 days since the purchase.
To be considered eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.
